ITSM Deployment - Target Line
The Answare GINOP-supported “Prototype, Product, Technology and Service Development” project is nearing its end, and we have developed a methodology and software tool to support IT service management. On this occasion, an article featuring the project was published on IT-Business’s and IT-Cafe’s sites. Based on the results of the market research, the product will focus on knowledge management integrated into the service delivery process. As an integral part of problem solving, it handles the recording, searchability and continuous improvement of the knowledge elements it requires, contributing to the rapid learning of new employees. The built-in gamification module, which is a pioneering application in the ITSM environment, aims to motivate and retain the user community.
